Our Support Engineers serve as an extension of your team, ensuring continuous monitoring, proactive maintenance, and swift issue resolution to keep your privileged access security strategy effective and aligned with business needs. Sample activities are listed below:
- PAM Health Checks: Perform daily health check activities like monitoring of all component servers, DR replication, daily backups and other critical scheduled tasks, CP agent health, etc., and initiate applicable remedial actions
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Password Management and Session Management Issues: Work on problem tickets, perform initial triage, perform troubleshooting, implement necessary fixes, work with the vendor for troubleshooting and resolution as needed
- Support PAM Upgrades and Enhancements: Provide inputs for planning, implementation and testing of new functionality, upgrades, provide inputs for ITSM Change requests, attend ITSM change approval board meetings for PAM changes, provide inputs for PAM roadmap planning
- Maintain PAM Environment: Perform periodic reviews of existing safes, platforms and accounts, and cleanup stale or unused artifacts and perform necessary purge operations to maintain the environment
- PAM Reports and Metrices: Utilize tools like PAS Reporter to generate applicable data for reports and provide inputs for metrices reporting
- Maintain Documentation: Update SOPs and applicable configuration guides, maintain KB articles for help desk, provide inputs for end user communications and ITSM change requests
