Usage instructions
When a new AMI is deployed for the first time, Mirth® Connect version 4.5.0 and PostgreSQL 14 will be installed, auto configured and started. The Mirth® Connect will be automatically allocated 50% of the total memory of the EC2 instance. When launching a new stack from the Cloudformation template, you can set up parameters such as PostgreSQL database username and password, Mirth® Connect admin password. Mirth® Connect status can then be checked by running: "systemctl status mirthconnect". Mirth® Connect default index page will be accessible at http://<public_dns>:8080 or from the Mirth Connect Administrator Launcher at https://<public_dns>:8443. Mirth® Connect configuration can be found in /etc/mirthconnect/conf/mirth.properties and the documentation is available on https://docs.nextgen.com/bundle/Mirth_User_Guide_4_5/page/connect/connect/topics/c_intro_mirth_connect_ug.html

I want to use a more prominent EC2 instance, but the vendor has limited EC2 types and sizes options. This needs to be fixed.
