Overview
HP Anyware (formerly known as Teradici CAS) is the enterprise software IT needs to keep people productive with secured access to their digital workspaces. It future proofs against ever-evolving infrastructure, network, and hybrid workforce demands with deployment flexibility for virtually any host environment or workload. Built on the same technology that won both HP and Teradici an Engineering Emmy® in 2020, HP Anyware creates a seamless experience for teams to interact with their digital workspaces from virtually anywhere.
If you have ever accessed a remote workstation or digital workspace, you have used a remote display protocol. But not all remoting solutions are created equal. Replacing slow and outdated VPN file transfers, HP Anyware leverages the PCoIP® protocol to stream highly interactive desktop displays between Amazon Web Services and end-user device on Amazon G4 or G5 without any data ever leaving the safety of your network.

Usage instructions
First time login:
- Retrieve the password for the "Administrator" account (https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/retrieve-windows-admin-password/Â ).
- Using a Zero Client or Teradici Soft Client (https://www.teradici.com/web-help/pcoip_client/windows/current/using/connecting_to_virtual_machines/Â ), connect to the instance using its IP address.
- Log in with the username/password where username is "Administrator" and password is the one obtained in step 1.
- Additional user accounts can be created using the default Windows Administration tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Teradici CAS allows our Organization to have users provisioned virtual client machines that can be used to access the data from all over the world securely and without having to worry latency in performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have recently started using Teradic CAS but, so far we haven't seen any downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Organization has offices all across the world so needless to say we have a global list of users who needs to access the same data from different location. Teradici allows them to access it without any concerns for security and also provides decent performance irrespective of where the users are located.

What do you like best about the product?
The Teradici software including their CAS PCoIP protocol is simply the best thing ever. It is so easy to deploy and works great for sending over a PC's image to remote terminals including zero clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is only useful if you have to deploy around 50 computers and we have not yet tried to replace our workstations with the CAS system along with VMware Horizon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of individual workstations becoming obsolete over years. It is very easy to have all the virtual machines on a local server with shared hardware resources including GPU's and assigning them individually to people as required. Even easier to upgrade over the years.
